STS RadEye AP2L Smart Probe Simulated Contamination Monitor
The STS RadEye Simulation Probes consist of a simulated probe housing STS electronics and cable connector so that it will operate with a real Thermo RadEye SX meter.
Key Features & Applications • Probe available in 2 variants: - Enlarged AP2 style probe - Modified DP6 Probe • The Smart Probe uniquely turns itself on when the instrument is switched on. • Cross Contamination and decontamination easily demonstrated to Nuclear industry trainees. • Contamination lasts at room temp for 1-2 hours but totally evaporates within 24 hours leaving the training area ready for the next exercise.
